Decim@ls

I met team@-Anders on and off early in my geocaching "career". He was always the guy with a sly smile and you could almost hear the ticking of cogs and wheels turning in his head. At times I joined forces with him searching for solved "mystery caches". Fun carefree guy and as smart as they come.

We shared a common feature too. We were both NOT so fond of heights, so on some field tasks we were standing way back on "safe grounds" watching the other do their job.

Description

D-rating for a average geocacher, not a seasoned mystery solver)
N 59° 24.000 E 017° 56.000 / N 59.400000 E 17.933333 (nothing interesting at these coordinates)

During the years I have come across mystery caches that includes calculation with other numeral systems than the decimal numeral system (base 10). Most of the time the poor decimals are treated pretty bad. Few consider how the base is used for the decimals. Keep in mind that numeral systems with base larger than 10 uses the alphabet for positional values after 9.

Transform N 38.710D38 / E 10.FG6ADE8 into base 10 format. The base used should be fairly easy to figure out given the "start coordinates" above. Convert result to proper format and use in Geochecker to verify correct calculation and receive the password.
